Expired Gift Vouchers
Throughout the pandemic, we honoured and extended all gift vouchers while we were closed. We have now been open at peak times for some time, so we unfortunately cannot extend vouchers indefinitely.
Any vouchers which expired before 1st June 2021 are now no longer valid. Any vouchers which have expired or will expire in the period 1st June 2021 - 30th June 2022 will be extended to 26th June 2022. After this time, please go by the expiry date on your voucher.
All vouchers are issued with a validity of 9 months.

Gift Vouchers
Treat your loved one to one of our Carmelite Gift Vouchers. These come in Dinner Bed and Breakfast vouchers for a stay in one of our Designer rooms or Stylish Suites, for Afternoon Tea or Dinner; or simply buy a monetary valued voucher to let your friend/family member choose their own experience.

Seen something you like when visiting the Carmelite? We have a wide range of Carmelite items available for sale from our small gift shop. These can be purchased from reception, or over the phone with a small postage and packaging charge.
