The Balmoral is perfect for private dining.  With its stunning ceiling and floor to ceiling windows this room will take your breath away and guaranteed to impress your clients and friends for those special occasions. 

The Balmoral can be used for a formal meal or can used as a cocktail, champagne and canapé reception.  The lighting creates a relaxed and sexy ambience.

The ballroom can be used for larger parties over 25 for dining and over 40 guests for reception.  This is the oldest part of the building which has its original ceiling and fabulous chandlers.  A stunning room which will have that “wow” effect for your guests.

Alastair Smith has joined Carmelite as Head Chef, and will continue to promote the best Scottish producers and suppliers of foods. Our Angus beef, hand dived scallops, free range poultry and organic vegetables, fruits and dairy produce are the best available.  Our menus are mouth watering and will compliment our stunning venues.
