Head Kitchen Porter
Head Kitchen Porter required for a busy city centre restaurant & hotel. Duties include:
Keeping cleaning sheets up to date and ensuring staff adhere to cleaning standards
Deep cleaning the kitchen on a night shift (1 night shift per week)
Washing pots, pans & dishes as they come back to the kitchen
Assist the chefs with fetching food stuff from the store
Assist chefs with basic food prep
Ensure the kitchen and surrounding areas are clean at all times
Various hours available and will involve working evenings and weekends, experience preferred but not necessary.
Carmelite are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join the team.
You would be joining a vibrant team with a vision to expand & enhance our catering offering. Our busy 100 seated restaurant caters for anything from breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas, dinner & late night snacks. We also have a steady event trade, catering for anything from small meetings to weddings of up to 120 guests.
Experience in a similar environment is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced mixologist and bar tender to lead our bar and join our ground floor team.
As head bar tender you would be responsible for:
Assisting the management team in delivering the company standards
Stock control and maintaining both bars
Assist with staff training
Communicating with the management team, staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Meeting and greeting guests
Having a strong knowledge of our products and services, and be able to relay this knowledge to the team and customers
Introducing a new cocktail menu to the team
